Ice cream is indeed a summer’s delight. All Kids and even adults just love to eat ice cream. when we were a kid I remember when we used to eat an ice cream. Sold by a certain man in an ice cream cart and it is popularly known in our Filipino term as “mamang sorbetero” to date. To most of us it was a great joy being able to eat an street ice cream. Every kids got to experience that. It was very affordable. However, not all kids could afford that before.

Here in the US, kids here are pretty much can eat whatever they want. Ice cream is just one of them. America is abundant of foods. In the Philippines, our mamang sorbetero is very common, every kids knows him. He brings and gives joy and laughter in his own simple unacknowledged-able way.
